To the extent that <br /> owners of now residential development pay more of their share, the <br /> -Leas they will ' have to" be" subsidized from taxes on existing <br /> -.development-,- b*th residential and non-residential. <br /> At the same time, the Council also supports action by the Board of <br /> Commissioners which will reduce or. waive .school impact fees. for new <br /> housing specifically built for low-income families: I be13,eve that <br /> school facility costs associated with housing for low-income " <br /> housing can be appr•optiately funded through.the overall .tax base. <br /> Thank you for your consideration of these comments. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Kenneth S.
