However, the trainee salary will <br /> not be adjusted to the minimum of the salary range for the class until all minimum <br /> qualification requirements for regular appointment have been completed. When <br /> the employee with a trainee appointment has successfully met the minimum <br /> qualification requirements for the class, the salary is increased to the minimum <br /> salary of the salary range. <br />
