The board established March 21, 1995 as the date for <br /> a public hearing on this subject . <br /> Staff will provide a brief summary concerning highlights of the CIP. <br /> Staff will be prepared to respond to any questions or comments the <br /> Board may have following the receipt of comments from the public .
