On behalf of the Orange County Consortium, <br /> t I would like to notify you of our intent to become a Participating <br /> Jurisdiction in the Federal HOME Investment Partnership Program for <br /> FY 1995 . <br /> We have received a positive response from the N.C. Housing <br /> Finance Agency to our request to transfer a portion of the State of <br /> North Carolina' s HOME allocation to Orange County in order to meet <br /> the $500, 000 participation threshold requirement. A copy of the <br /> authorization is enclosed. <br /> We are very excited about this new opportunity and look <br /> forward to working with you in the future.
