<br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Angela Thompson-Roclcett <br />Assistant to the Cleric <br />FROM: Jeiuiifer Galassi <br />DATE: May 9, 2008 <br />RE: June 2008 CFW Re-Appointments <br />The following CFW members' appointments will expire on June 30, 2008: ANTDNIA <br />GUADALIJPE BARBDSA, JENNIFER FRYE, I~ASHIDA FEARRINDTDN, ARTHRELL SANDERS, and THELMA PERKINS. <br />At the May 8, 2008 CFW meeting, motion was made to recommend reappointment of <br />ANTDNIA BLIADAINPE BARBDSA, JENNIFER FRYE, and I~ASHIDA FEARRINGTDN the members whose terms would expire on <br />June 30, 2008. Ms. Sanders is not eligible for reappointment, because she has served two <br />consecutive terms on the CFW. Ms. Perkins is not eligible for reappointment based on her <br />attendance record during the past year. <br />As required, I have attached attendance records for all CFW members whose terms will <br />expire on June 30, 2008.
