She said there is a draft that has not been passed, and it clarifies the contract <br /> with the towns for urban curbside recycling. <br /> Michael Talbert said this is being worked on, and staff is prepared to bring a draft as a <br /> starting point for the meeting on the 17th. He asked if this is a starting point that the Board <br /> wants to hand to the task force group to work on. <br /> Chair Jacobs said his understanding was that the Board wanted the managers to keep <br /> going, and if there was a draft proposal, it would be a good starting point to have some <br /> agreement to talk about. <br />
