NORTH CAROLINA CONSERVATION ION AGREEMENT FOR ORANGE COUNTY VOLUNTARY AGRICULTURAL RAL ISTRICT PROGRAM Orange County and the undersigned real property owner Randall Parker, hereinafter "Owner }1, enter into this Conservation Agreement for a Voluntary Agricultural District covering the property identified by multiple parcel identification numbers of the property: PIN 9889342236, PIN 98899258481 and PIN 9889340752 shown on the attached maps labeled Exhibit A and Exhibit B. The parties understand and agree that this Agreement is being entered into to protect farmland, horticultural land and/or forestland in orange County as contemplated by North Carolina General Statutes Article 61 Chapter 106, and the Orange County Code of Ordinances Chapter 48, the "Voluntary Farmland Protection Ordinance, adopted on April 1 , 1 992 and last amended on June 4, 2013 (hereinafter the "Ordinance"), and to permit such property to qualify for the benefits granted by these lags and ordinances. Owner acknowledges nowledges that Owner' has the read the lags and the ordinance. Owner further acknowledges and agrees to prohibit non-farm use of owner's property subject to this Agreement except as permitted by the above mentioned lavers and the Ordinance during the term of this agreement. This Agreement shall extend for a period of ten 1 years from the date of its execution and is automatically reneged if not terminated for an additional ten 10 years. The Agreement may be revoked by Owner at any time, with thirty 3 days written notice to the Agricultural Preservation Board, or its designee, or the Orange County Clerk.
