Outline the major activities the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes <br /> below,by June 30,2015. <br /> • Provide in-home visitation to 4 at-risk families through Parent Aide. <br /> • Provide parent education classes to families through Children's Parents. <br /> • Provide 24-hour telephone counseling through 35 referrals. <br /> • Provide community awareness and training to 15 events in Orange County regarding the <br /> treatment and prevention of child abuse and neglect. <br /> Anticipated Outcomes <br /> The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange <br /> County. only (all Towns and municipalities). If you use percentages, you must also provide the total number of participants <br /> within that measure's description or for an earlier performance measure. <br /> Performance Measures Anticipated <br /> Results <br /> Number of families enrolled in Parent Aide in-home visitation services to reduce the risk 4 <br /> of child maltreatment.
