Outline the major activities the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes <br /> below,by June 30,2015. <br /> • Employment Counseling: One-on-one support from volunteer advocates to assist members in <br /> building resumes,preparing for interviews,completing applications,and securing employment <br /> • Financial Coaching: Personalized coaching for members experiencing financial hardship to <br /> address banking,budgeting,and credit issues <br /> • Volunteer Coordination: To provide these and other services, CEF recruits, trains, coordinates, <br /> and mentors a base of volunteers to provide the comprehensive,person-centered advocate support <br /> to CEF mmbers <br /> Anticipated Outcomes <br /> The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within OranSe <br /> County, only (all Towns and municipalities).
