FIDELITY BOND <br /> DEFINITIONS <br /> Employee - continued <br /> d. Persons employed by the Federal Reserve system; <br /> e. Consultants; <br /> f. "Third-party vendors"; or <br /> g. Persons acting on behalf of a "service center," including those who might otherwise be your <br /> "employee." <br /> Employee Benefit Plan <br /> "Employee benefit plan" means: <br /> a. A group accident or health insurance plan,including a dental or vision plan; <br /> b. A group life insurance plan; <br /> c. A pension plan; or <br /> d. Any other plan qualified under Section (3) of the Employee Retirement Income Act of 1974 <br /> (ERISA) as amended and any regulations promulgated thereunder. <br /> Environment <br /> "Environment" means: <br /> a. Any person, <br /> b. Any man-made object or feature; <br /> c. Any animals, crops or vegetation; or <br /> d. Any land, bodies of water, underground water or water table supplies, air and any other feature of <br /> the earth or its atmosphere, whether or not altered, developed or cultivated and whether or not <br /> owned, controlled or occupied by you. <br /> Extortion-Kidnap Expenses <br /> "Extortion-kidnap expenses" means the following reasonable fees and expenses incurred and paid by <br /> you with our prior written consent for the purpose of mitigating the consequences to you of an <br /> "extortion, kidnap or ransom": <br /> a.
