"Bodily Injury" <br /> The definition is deleted and replaced with the following: <br /> 2. 'Bodily Injury' <br /> a. means bodily injury, sickness,or disease sustained by a person,and includes mental anguish resulting <br /> from any of these;and <br /> b. except for mental anguish, includes death resulting from the a.above at any time. <br /> 9. "Insured contract"a. is replaced by the following: <br /> a. A contract for a lease of premises. However,that portion of the contract for a lease of premises that <br /> indemnifies any person or organization for damage by fire, lightning,explosion, smoke or leakage from <br /> automatic fire protective systems to premises while rented to you or temporarily occupied by you with <br /> permission of the owner is not an"insured contract"; <br /> 14. 'Personal and Advertising Injury" <br /> The definition is deleted and replaced with the following: <br /> "Personal and Advertising Injury"means injury, including consequential"bodily injury",arising out of one or <br /> more of the following offenses: <br /> a. False arrest,detention or imprisonment; <br /> b. Malicious prosecution or abuse of process: <br /> c.
