Outline the major activities the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes <br /> below,by June 30,2015. <br /> • Voices Together is a highly effective and specialized music therapy model that helps srtudents <br /> with developmental disabilities improve their socialization, self-expression, and communication <br /> skills. <br /> • Voices Together partners with the public school district and special education teachers to offer <br /> this specialized program once a week in their classrooms. <br /> • Our unique classroom intervention addresses the growing needs of children,teens and adults with <br /> Autism and other developmental disabilities to effectively learn and unlock vital skill areas. <br /> Anticipated Outcomes <br /> The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange <br /> County, only(all Towns and municipalities).
