Outline the major activities the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes below,by June 30,2015. • Canvas Places Not Meant for Human Habitation: Our team searches the streets of Orange County. They focus on places such as highway underpasses, condemned buildings and vacant homes;places known to be unsafe under normal circumstances to find the homeless. • Housing Placement and Financial Assistance for Homeless Individuals: Homeless individuals are provided with housing counceling and financial assistance to gain permanent housing. Anticipated Outcomes The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange County, only (all Towns and municipalities). If you use percentages, you must also provide the total number of participants within that measure's description or for an earlier performance measure.
