PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> 35 Chair Jacobs dispensed with the reading of the Public Charge. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 B. PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS <br /> 38 <br /> 39 1. Class A Special Use Permit -To review a Class A Special Use Permit application <br /> 40 seeking to develop a solar array/public utility station on two parcels of property, totaling <br /> 41 approximately 50 acres in area, off of Mt. Sinai Road near Cascade Drive in Chapel Hill <br /> 42 Township. <br /> 43 Planning Board Chair Pete Hallenbeck introduced this item. <br /> 44 <br /> 45 Pete Hallenbeck: Good evening, everyone.
