Approval of Solid «'aste Operations Center Chance Order The Board will consider approving a change order for soils remediation associated with construction of the Solid Waste Operations Center and authorize the Manager to sign. cc. UNC' Landfill Gas Yroiect- ~~'aiver The Board will consider approving the engagement of the law firm of Alston& Bird, LLP, and attorney avid NI. l~Ieezan, and his associate, Timothy Wang, to assist the County with the final negotiation and drafting of an agreement for a landfill gas recover project with UNC, and to approve the County's execution of a conflict of interest waiver due to Alston & Bird's representation of UNC in unrelated legal matters and authorize the Chair to execute appropriate letters. dd.
