I- <br />Attachment 2 <br />Amendment Package Notes: <br />The pages that follow contain the amendments necessary to the Unified Development <br />Ordinance (UDO) text to adopt changes related to the holding of a neighborhood <br />information meeting 30 days prior to a public hearing reviewing a Special Use Permit <br />Application: <br />Proposed additions /changes to existing UDO text are depicted in red underlined text. <br />Text proposed for deletion is denoted with read strike-through tex <br />Some of the proposed changes utilize footnotes to provide a brief explanation as to <br />rationale. Users are reminded that these excerpts are part of a much larger document <br />(the UDO) that regulates land use and development in Orange County. <br />The full UDO is available online at: http: / /orangecountVnc.gov /planning /Ordinances.asp <br />Please note that the page numbers in this amendment packet may or may not <br />necessarily correspond to the page numbers in the adopted UDO because adding text <br />may shift all of the text /sections downward. <br />Please note some text on the following pages has a large "X" through it to denote that <br />these sections are not part of the amendments under consideration.
