It is zoned Agricultural <br /> Residential with an overlay district of L-ENO-PW, and <br /> designated Agricultural Residential and Lower Eno <br /> Watershed in the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive <br /> Plan. <br /> Land uses in the area include farming and scattered <br /> residential houses. A 1993 traffic count for New <br /> Sharon Church Road indicated 900 trips per day. This <br /> count was taken just south of Schley Road, which is <br /> north of this property. <br /> This tract contains 17. 61 acres. Six (6) new <br /> residential lots are proposed. Lots range in size from <br /> 2.25 acres to 4. 11 acres. The average lot size is 2.94 <br /> acres. Two streams flow through the property with <br /> stream buffers indicated. <br />
