6 <br /> New High School Project <br /> Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br /> Project Number 64-880-7112 <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 <br /> of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina,the following capital project is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized provides for construction of a high school with a capacity of <br /> approximately 1,000 students, including core facilities for 1,500 students,to be located <br /> on 74 acres of land. This project will be financed with proceeds from the 1992 Bond Referendum. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br /> budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> 1992 Bond Proceeds(1992-93) $3,642,000 <br /> 1992 Bond Proceeds(1993-94) $738,000 <br /> 1992 Bond Proceeds(1994-95) $17,620,000 <br /> Total Revenue $22,000,000' <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> New High School $22,000,000 <br /> Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous New High School Capital Project Ordinances for the <br /> Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools System. <br /> Section 6.
