4 ' <br /> Affordable Housing <br /> Community Development <br /> Project Ordinance <br /> Project Number 19-801 <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 <br /> of the General Statutes of North Carolina,the following grant project is hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is the Affordable Housing Project authorized to provide <br /> reimbursement of impact fees for affordable housing projects <br /> and to provide other assistance to Affordable Housing projects on a <br /> request basis. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within <br /> the budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to be available to complete this project: <br /> Miscellaneous Revenue-Sale of Real Property $14,080 <br /> Fund Balance Appropriated S13,966 <br /> Total :$28,046 <br /> Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Habitat for Humanity $13,000 <br /> Impact Fee Reimbursement S15,04 <br /> Total $28,046 <br /> Section 5.
