The Board also set March 8 as the date to conduct a public <br /> hearing on proposed legislation for consideration by the 1995 Session <br /> of the General Assembly. The County Attorney has prepared the attached <br /> draft legislation on issues specified by the Board at the February 21 <br /> meeting. The attached resolution would formally communicate a request <br /> from the Orange County Board of Commissioners to the Orange County <br /> legislative delegation to introduce the County's 1995 legislative <br /> package in the General Assembly. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager and the County Attorney recommend that the <br /> Board conduct the public hearing and adopt the resolution. <br />
