We welcome your interest and involvement in "N C Scenic Byways". <br /> The involvement of governmental, municipal, or private groups has some restrictions. <br /> One of these restrictions, and a policy of our program, is that there will not be any other <br /> organizations designating 'scenic byways/highways' along the state maintained system of <br /> roads. This rule was primarily introduced to maintain the integrity of the byway system. <br /> We are more than willing to work with you in evaluating roads you may wish to be added to <br /> our system. <br /> Again, we want you to know the importance of your support for the Scenic Byways <br /> Program and we look forward to working with you.
