The County Attorney has <br /> prepared a letter which identifies a number of issues the Board may <br /> want to pursue under State legislation. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends that the Board consider <br /> the issues identified by the Attorney, and other issues <br /> identified by Board members, and provide direction to the <br /> Manager and Attorney on drafting any requested 1995 legislation <br /> for introduction by Orange County legislators. <br />
