Burklin stated that suggestion <br /> would also allow for more information from NCDOT. <br /> Mr. Yuhasz stated that a letter has already been <br /> received from NCDOT agreeing to participatory <br /> paving of Baldwin Road and some details remain to <br /> be worked out. Howie also agreed with the <br /> suggestion for postponement. <br /> VOTE: 5 in favor. <br /> 6 opposed. <br /> Motion failed. <br /> MOTION: Hoecke moved for postponement until the next <br /> Planning Board meeting on December 19, 1994 . <br /> Seconded by Barrows. <br /> VOTE: 6 in favor. <br /> 5 opposed. <br /> Waddell reminded the Planning Board and citizens <br /> that, if the Planning Board does not make a <br /> recommendation within its timeframe, it becomes <br /> an automatic recommendation for approval. <br /> AGENDA ITEM #9: MATTERS HEARD AT PUBLIC HEARING <br /> (5/5/94,5/23/94,6/30/94) <br /> a.
