Outline the major activities the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes <br /> below,by June 30,2015. <br /> • Direct Support Services: ECH community specialists provide referral services, assistance with job <br /> applications,interpretation and translation as well as mediation services. <br /> • Legal Clinic: ECH Community Specialists recruit volunteer lawyers; organize legal clinic <br /> schedules; make appointments; and call to remind individuals about appointments. <br /> • <br /> Anticipated Outcomes <br /> The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange <br /> County, only (all Towns and municipalities).
