. 2 <br /> CRIMINAL JUSTICE PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM--NC DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION <br /> Application for Implementation Funding <br /> PAGE TWO OF FOUR <br /> 8. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION--Describe the project. Include summary data about <br /> the target population and how the program will serve that population. <br /> The Orange-Chatham Criminal Justice Partnership Advisory Board will contract with a <br /> private, non-profit agency to develop, implement, administer, coordinate, monitor and <br /> evaluate a pre-trail release program. The program would include assessment and pre- <br /> trial supervision services. Additionally, the advisory board will contract with a private, <br /> non-profit/private for-profit or County Agency to develop, implement, administer, <br /> coordinate, monitor and evaluate a program to provide a menu of substance abuse <br /> treatment options to offenders sentenced to intensive/high risk probation. Services <br /> would include, but not be limited to case management, intensive outpatient services, <br /> detoxification, residential services, vocational services, transportation and drug testing. <br /> (Summary data included.in Section C) <br /> 9.
