35 <br /> is not a condition in the Resolution of Approval. <br /> Kirk further noted that concerns have been raised <br /> regarding the Baldwin house, Sunnyside, which has <br /> historical significance. <br /> Laura Baldwin spoke expressing the concerns of <br /> her family regarding Sunnyside which is adjacent <br /> to the proposed subdivision. She expressed the <br /> concern that the right of way on Baldwin Road <br /> would come within 15 feet of the Baldwin house, a <br /> historical landmark of Orange County that was <br /> built by Captain John Berry over 150 years ago. <br /> She noted also that it is under consideration by <br /> The National Register of Historic Places . <br /> Ms. Baldwin continued expressing concern that the <br /> minimum lot sizes are not conducive with the <br /> current setting of the area. She noted that <br /> there seemed to be considerable "hop scotch" <br /> development occurring along St. Mary' s Road and <br /> felt the impacts of increased traffic is an issue <br /> that should be addressed. <br /> Ms. Baldwin stated that she does respect the <br /> rights of others to develop their property but <br /> she felt she should have some say in how the <br /> development appears and how it affects her <br /> property and its historic designation. (The <br /> letter from the Baldwin Family is an attachment <br /> to these minutes on page . ) <br /> Mr. Jim Myers stated that he and his wife own <br /> property immediately to the east of the proposed <br /> subdivision. He read a letter written by his <br /> wife, Ann Hollandsworth Myers, which is an <br /> attachment to these minutes on page <br /> Mr. Stewart Barbour read a statement opposing the <br /> development of the proposed Black Walnut Farm <br /> subdivision. A copy of that statement is an <br /> attachment to these minutes on pages <br /> Chair Waddell asked that Mr. Barbour indicate the <br /> disputed property lines on the map provided by <br /> the Planning Staff. <br /> Mr. Barbour asked that the subdivision be placed <br /> on hold until such time as all the boundary <br /> disputes with the Reids are settled to the <br /> satisfaction of the people involved. <br /> Ms. Josephine Barbour asked if the Township <br /> Advisory Councils are in effect and why they were <br />
