C. Department of Transportation will give a <br /> special presentation of the Draft Environmental Impact Study (DEIS) to local elected officials. <br /> Tile purpose of the presentation is to give elected officials an opportunity to discuss the <br /> findings of the study with representatives of the N. C. Department of Transportation and <br /> R W. Lochner, the consulting firer which prepared the study. This meeting is scheduled for <br /> Monday January 30, 1995 at 7:00 P.M. in the Committee Room (2nd floor) of City Hall. <br /> As you are awiuc, a tuition of the propmed project extends into Orange County Therefcire. <br /> we are inviting any interested Orange County Commissioners to attend the special <br /> preseluation on January 30. Members of the Durham County Board of Commissioners are <br /> also invited. Elected officials imable to attend this se.%sion are encouraged to attend either of <br /> the two public workshops scheduled for January 24 and 26, 1995 at Riverside High School <br /> and Southern High Scbool, respectively. The workshops rule from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. <br /> if members of the Orange County Board of Commissioners are interested in attending the <br /> elected officials presentation on January 30, please advise Mark Ahrendsen or Wesley Parham <br /> (560-4366) in our 'D-An portation Department.
