(Environmental Health has <br /> been informed of the latter concern. Any further action, if <br /> necessary, would be initiated by Environmental Health or the <br /> Orange County Board of Health.) <br /> RECOMMNDATION: The Administration recommends: <br /> 1) approval of the proposed amendment with elimination <br /> of Article 6.23. 10 (c) 6; and <br /> 2) approval of the attached Resolution which provides <br /> assurance that the Planning Staff will continue to <br /> explore options by which the original intent of <br /> Article 6.23. 10(c) 6 can be met. <br />
