The southern portion of the project, running parallel with West Ten Road, shall abide by <br />the following Open Space requirements: <br />a. There shall be a twenty-five (25) foot wide Open Space corridor area along the <br />southern property line, <br />b. Existing vegetation shall be thinned to allow for visual breaks from the roadway, <br />c.
