'~l~ ~1 <br />DRAFT -CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL - BUCKHORN VILLAGE May 7, 2008 <br />detailed in the <br />following exhibit: <br />c. In cases where angled parking is utilized the required parking stall dimensions <br />shall be: Nine (9) feet by Eighteen (18) feet. <br />15. Curb stops shall be required in all parking lots in cases where there is no proposed island, <br />landscape area, or sidewalk to provide a traffic break, <br />16. Drive isles for parking areas shall meet the following minimum width requirements: <br />a. One-way traffic: Minimum of twelve (12) feet of traveUdrive isle, <br />b. Two-way traffic: Minimum of twenty-four (24) feet of traveUdrive isle <br />17. Parking for individual land uses shall be based on the following standards: <br />a. One (1) space for every three hundred (300) square feet of floor space within a <br />Retail Trade (excluding Restaurants), Service (excluding Indoor/Outdoor <br />Theaters), Manufacturing, Assembly, and Processing, and Finance; Insurance, <br />and Real Estate land use, <br />The maximum amount of parking permitted for these uses shall be one (1) space <br />for every two hundred fifty (250) square feet of floor space. <br />b. One (1) parking space for each Residential Dwelling, Multi-family unit, <br />c. One (1) parking space for every three (3) seats in a Indoor and/or Outdoor <br />Theater, <br />d. One (1) parking space for every fifty (50) square feet of floor area within a Retail <br />Trade, Restaurant facility, excluding dining or .bar areas, as well as one (1) <br />parking space for every four (4) seats within the facility, <br />e. One (1) parking space for every three hundred (300) of floor area within a <br />Government facility. <br />f. One (1) space per every room in a hotel plus one (1) per shift employee <br />g. All parking lot spaces, unless other wise designated, shall be: Nine (9) feet by <br />Eighteen (18) feet. <br />18. Required parking spaces may be reduced by thirty percent (30%) within a given District <br />or other development area if the developer adheres to the following: <br />a. The spaces allotted for each individual use shall be shown on the application for a <br />Zoning Compliance Permit, <br />b. The distance from the farthest allotted space to the main entrance of a structure <br />housing the use that it is intended to serve not to be more than four hundred (400) <br />feet, <br />c. The spaces shall be located within the same District or within four hundred (400) <br />feet of the proposed use to qualify for a reduction on the required parking, <br />
