Sign must fit above tenant space and can <br />only occupy two-thirds (2/3) of the building facade <br />Style of Sign: No internally illuminated cabinet style <br />signs shall be permitted within the development. <br />Tenants are allowed to install a sign with individual letters <br />that can be internally illuminated <br />Setback from right-of--way: Not Applicable <br />Setback from private road: Not Applicable <br />3. Minor Tenant Identification -providing the name of the tenant that.. will be wall or <br />building mounted. These signs. are reserved for tenants occupying retail spaces along <br />streetscapes where sidewalks are intended to be provided to facility public access. <br />Maximum Number: 'One (1) wail or building <br />mounted sign per facade or individual rental <br />space, <br />Maximum Height:. The sign cannot extend <br />above the building/parapet height, <br />Maximum Size: Twenty-four (24) square feet. <br />Style of Sign:. No internally illuminated cabinet <br />signs shall be permitted within the development. <br />Tenants are allowed to install a sign with individual <br />letters that can be internally illuminated <br />Projecting Signs: In cases where projecting signs <br />are utilized, the sign shall be mounted a minimum <br />offifteen (15) feet above the sidewalk/pedestrian <br />area. Projecting signs includes the following: <br />i. Awnings, <br />ii.
