If not, additional landscaping shall be required. <br />ii. The minimum tree planting area shall be nine (9) feet by eighteen (18) feet <br />except where tree grates are provided, <br />iii. Where trees are planted within tree grates, and surface paving encroaches <br />into the planting area, then the minimum planting area shall be sixty-four <br />(64) square feet in area by two (2) feet in depth, <br />iv. Where parking lots and drives abut interior property lines, the ten (10) foot <br />required landscaped area may be split ,among the two (2) ..adjoining <br />property owners. <br />10. Screening of parking areas along the perimeter boundary of the project shall maintain a <br />minimum tree spacing of sixty (60) feet and provide the required thirty-six inch (36") <br />screening, required to be a minimum of twenty-four inches (24") at initial planting, <br />adjacent to proposed parking spaces, <br />11.
