The EDC particularly thanks the work group co-chairs
who continue to give so freely of their time and energy.
The plan has been endorsed by the Orange County Board of Commissioners, the Carrboro Board of
Aldermen, the Chapel HiII Town Board, the Hillsborough Town Board, the Chapel Hill-Carrboro
Chamber of Commerce, and the Ailicborough/Orange County Chamber of Commerce. We
anticipate endorsement by the Chancellor's cabinet at ITNC-Chapel Hill and have also presented the
plan to the Boards of Education for Chapel HiWCarrboro City Schools and the Orange County
Schools.
