per day at full project buildout; therefore, it appears that future upgrades will be <br />needed to the infrastructure to accept the buildout flows. <br />In terms of water availability, the City has a 4.0 MGD allocation in the <br />Graham/Mebane water plant and our usage currently averages about 1.1 MGD. <br />The project engineer has provided preliminary water usage required for fire flows, <br />and it appears that some pipe line extensions will be needed to accommodate <br />these estimated fire flows. <br />3. Utility Extension Agreement <br />Based on the preliminary engineering information provided by the project <br />engineer, it appears that some utility.extensions and system upgrades will be <br />needed to serve this project.
