<br />Considering the prevalent land uses in the immediate neighborhood, the akeady existing <br />nearby commercial and other non-residential zoning classification uses, the general <br />character of the area, the relative minimal density of existing .residential. development, <br />and the location of the proposed Buckhorn Village Development next to a major, east- <br />west Interstate Highway, coupled with the immediate availability of public water and <br />sewer, it is my opinion that the proposed Buckhorn Village. Development would be <br />consistent with other existing uses in the immediate and surrounding area and would have <br />na negative effect on value or marketability on surrounding properties. <br /> <br /> <br />
