®ther Comments: <br />Even though there is a sidewalk plan, the project is not condusive to, nor does it <br />encourage walking. A difFerent site plan (an example isprovided in the attached <br />sketch) would be truly walkable. <br />The OUTBoard is also concerned about the impact of this project on Efland with <br />regard to the recently adopted Efland/IWebane Small Area Plan. The board should <br />consider those impacts in discussions related to rezoning the area for this project. <br />
