12. Widen westbound and eastbound I-85/I-40 on ramps and exit ramps to <br />accommodate additional turn lanes <br />13. Construct an auxiliary lane from the weigh station on-ramp to the westbound <br />Buckhorn Rd off--ramp. <br />14. Provide driveway access for the 5 lots along Buckhorn Rd, south of the main <br />entrance, to assist access to the properties plus local roadways. <br />15. Provide an access road for ingress and egress from the development project to the <br />existing gas station on the northwest corner of the site. <br />16. More right-of--way maybe needed for the requested/required improvements. If <br />so, the developer shall dedicate any needed right-of way for required <br />improvements. <br />17. The developer shall construct sidewalks on both sides of all internal roads. The <br />developer will provide sidewalks along both sides of the major access road <br />through the development to adjacent property in the Economic Development <br />District all the way to the eastern property boundary. <br />18. The developer shall construct bicycle lanes and sidewalks along roads adjacent <br />to the property boundaries: the northbound lane of Buckhorn Road from West <br />Ten Road to I-85 including the NCDOT right-of-way between northern and <br />southern interchanges; and the westbound lane of West Ten Road from the <br />eastern edge of property on West Ten Road to Buckhorn Road <br />19. Construct 2 bus pullouts at transit stops along Buckhorn Rd along with transit shelters <br />at each stop. Construct 2 additional bus transit stops and shelters within the <br />development. <br />20. Designate taxicab areas and provide means to summon a cab at designated <br />points within the development. <br />21. All traffic directional signage shall be installed including but not limited to: <br />® Stop signs <br />® Yield signs <br />® Bus parking and unloading signs <br />® Taxi information <br />® Lane ends, Merge signs <br />® Caution pedestrian traffic and Yield signs <br />® Construction traffic signs <br />® Traffic warning signs indication the location of private driveways and forbidding <br />public access to the various properties <br />a Cyclists' warning signs <br />® Through traffic signs <br />~ .Any and all signs required by NC DOT <br />22., Create a foot path within the property along the New 10" gravity sewer line <br />from. the development to Gravely Middle school and soccer fields on West 10. <br />23. Show how parking surfaces will mitigate stormwater runoff. Is this directed at <br />using pervious pavement? (Use pervious pavement for all parking areas where <br />feasible.) <br />24.
