One (1) space for every three hundred (300) square feet of floor space within a Retail. <br />Trade (excluding Restaurants), Service (excluding Indoor/Outdoor Theaters), <br />Manufacturing, Assembly, and Processing, and Finance, Insurance, and Real <br />Estate land use, <br /> <br /> <br />The maximum amount of parking permitted for these uses shall be one (1) space for <br />every two hundred fifty (250) square feet of floor space. <br />b. One (1) parking space for each Residential Dwelling, Multi-family unit, <br />c. One (1) parking space for every three (3) seats in a Indoor and/or Outdoor Theater, <br />d.
