A <br />Where: <br />VT =Volume of trees <br />VB =Volume of berms <br />A =Site or lot area <br />10 =According to the Manual, this is the constant <br />built into the formula taking into account <br />an e~sting property with vegetation, <br />covering an entire site, that is ten (10) feet <br />in height. <br />4. Site Volume Ratio (SVR): A calculation designed to compare the total <br />anticipated development of a parcel of property with the amount of natural or <br />open space that shall remain or that is proposed for development on a parcel of <br />property. From a practical standpoint, this ratio is equal to the difference between <br />the LVR and the BVR. The formula for calculating the SVR is as follows: <br />SVR = LVR - SVR <br />Section 2.3 Land Use Intensity establishes the following minimum Site Volume <br />Ratios for developments within the various Economic Development Districts: <br />Minimum Required Site Volume Ratios** <br />Primary, Primary I, <br />Primary Overlay, and <br />Land Use Secondary Areas Primary II Areas <br />Residential 2.0 3.0 <br />Office/Institutional 2.0 3.0 <br />Service/Retail ~ 1.0 2.0 <br />Flex Space 1.0 2.0 <br />Distribution/Wholesale 3.0 4.0 <br />Industrial 1.0 2.0 <br />In order to develop a parcel of property, compliance with the minimum SVR has <br />to be demonstrated. <br /> <br />r <br />20 <br />
