`~~ <br />ATTACHIVIENI' ONE (1) REQUEST AND REVIEW PROCESS SUMMARY: <br />Part Two: Discussion of Project Review Process: <br />REVIEW PROCESS: In accordance with the provisions of~ Articles Seven (7) <br />and Eight (8) of the Zoning Ordinance, this request isreviewed in the following <br />manner: <br />1. A valid application is submitted requesting: <br />a. The rezoning of property to a PD district, and <br />b. The submission of a Class A Special Use Permit application <br />proposing the development of the property as a PD <br />Staff Comment; The Planning Director made the formal determination on <br />.January 7, 2008 that the application was complete in accordance with <br />Section(s) 7.5.1 and 8.4.2 of the Zoning Ordinance <br />2. The application is reviewed so that the Zoning Officer may prepare an <br />analysis and recommendation on the request. <br /> <br />Staff Comment: The application was distributed to members of the <br />Development Advisory Committee (DAC) in accordance with Section 2.4.2 <br />of the Zoning Ordinance on January 11, 2008. <br />A meeting was held on January 30, 2008 to review the plans. County Planning Staff (Planning Director, Zoning Administrator, <br />Subdivision Administrator, Flood Plain Administrator, <br />Comprehensive Planner, and the Transportation Planner), <br />b. County Manager's office, <br />c. Economic Development, <br />d. County Engineer, <br />e. County Attorney, <br />f. Health Department, <br />g. Building Inspections, <br />h. Fire Marshall, <br />i. Sheriff's office, <br />j. .Orange County Solid Waste, <br />k. North Carolina Department of Transportation, and <br />I.
