Orange County: Buckhorn Village <br />Spin-®ff Businesses <br />Each economic development project creates spin-off development. During the <br />construction phase, sub-contractors of all types will be needed, as will sign companies,, pavers, <br />landscapers, etc. There will be ongoing spin-off through contracted services. In the case of <br />Buclchorn Village, Orange County landscaping contractors will have opportunities to bid on new <br />business. Some establishments may outsource security, maintenance, and other services. <br />Creating new opportunities for small and entrepreneurial businesses is an important aspect to <br />economic development and is inherent to projects of this size and nature. <br />Environmental .Impact <br />This study did not include a full environmental impact review. However, the consulting <br />team did research whether any environmental permits were required.
