ATTACHMENT ONE .(1) REQUEST AND REVIEW PROCESS SUMMARY: ~'~~ <br />Part One: Discussion of Request: <br />SPECIFIC This application involves two (2) components: <br />REQUEST: . <br />1. The .REVIEW a petition to rezone several parcels from I- <br />85/Buckhorn Road Economic Development and/or Rural <br />Residential One (R-1) to .Buckhorn Village Planned <br />Development -Economic Development District (BVPD-ED) <br />AND <br />2. The REVIEW of a Class A Special Use Permit proposing the <br />development of a Planned Development commercial center on the <br />subject properties. <br />NATURE OF .The applicant is requesting rezoning of the various properties to a <br />REQUEST: Planned Development designation and requesting that the County <br />approve the PD/SUP application that. proposes the approval of a Master <br />Plan outlining the standards that will ultimately govern the development of <br />the proposed commercial complex in perpetuity. <br />This request does not involve the approval of asite-specific development <br />plan. <br />CURRENT LAND The properties subject to the submitted petitions are located within the <br />USE ~ following Land Use Plan Categories as defined within the Orange County <br />DESIGNATION: Comprehensive Plan and detailed on the Land Use Element Map: <br />1. Economic Development Node, <br />2.
