Outline the major activities the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes <br /> below,by June 30,2015. <br /> • Exterior home repair: ABWK addresses the ongoing community need for exterior repairs, <br /> accessibility modifications, and beautification. ABWK is an important addition to Habitat's <br /> existing home-building program because it offers low-cost assistance to homeowners living in <br /> deteriorating or unsafe homes, improving their quality of life and the quality of life of all of the <br /> residents in the neighborhood.ABWK follows the Habitat model by using volunteers to complete <br /> essential exterior repairs, and by providing a zero-interest sliding-scale payment plan to cover the <br /> cost of materials. <br /> • Increase the number of families served by building stronger and more supportive relationships in <br /> the communities where Habitat builds. <br /> • <br /> Anticipated Outcomes <br /> The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange <br /> County, only (all Towns and municipalities).
