4 <br />RECOMMENDATION (S): The Manager recommends that the Board <br />1. Adopt the 2008-09 budget, capital, and grant project ordinances consistent with the <br />parameters outlined in the Board's "Resolution of Intent to Adopt the FY 2008-09 Orange <br />County Budget" <br />2. Authorize a Parks Conservation Technician II position, effective October 1, 2008, at no <br />additional cost to the FY 2008-09 approved General Fund budget. <br />
