County Grant Project <br />Ordinances <br />PURPOSE: To adopt County's budget ordinance, School and County capital project <br />ordinances, and County grant project ordinances for fiscal year 2008-09 and authorize a Parks <br />Conservation Technician II position, effective October 1, 2008, at no additional cost to the FY <br />2008-09 approved General Fund budget. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />At the budget work session on June 17, 2008, the Board made a series of decisions regarding <br />the County's Recommended FY 2008-09 budget. Attachment 1 of this agenda abstract, <br />Resolution of Intent to Adopt the 2008-09 Orange County Budget outline specific changes <br />approved by the Board on June 17.
