A conflict of interest may also exist if the demands of <br /> any outside activities distract you from the performance of your job or cause you to use CNC / <br /> Access, Inc. resources for other than CNC / Access, Inc. purposes. You must remain free of conflicts of interest for the proper performance of your <br /> responsibilities. <br /> Before making any investment, accepting any position or benefits, participating in any <br /> transaction or business arrangement or otherwise acting in a manner that creates or appears to <br /> create a conflict of interest, an employee must make full disclosure of all facts and circumstances <br /> to the Legal Department, and obtain the prior written approval of General Counsel.
