Issues relating to Mebane standards can be answered by Mebane <br /> in the field, but all parties should be notified. <br /> E. Can you define the trench width for rock excavation? ' <br /> Answer: Mr. Chapman stated that it would be included in the first addendum. <br /> 18. Additional Comments from Owner/Enizineer: <br /> A. Mr. Cannell had the following items: ' <br /> 1. He stated that a safety questionnaire will be required from the contractor. Mr. <br /> Chapman mentioned that the questionnaire was included in the Bid Documents, and , <br /> must be submitted with the Bid. <br /> B. Mr. Chapman gave these approximate dates: <br /> 1.
