Contract. Such individuals shall have the authority to transmit instructions, receive information, ' <br /> render decisions relative to the Contract, and otherwise act on behalf of, and legally bind each <br /> respective party. <br /> 2.07 Submission and Acceptance of Schedules ' <br /> A. Prior to presentation of the first Application for Payment, the Contractor shall submit the ' <br /> following schedules. No progress payment shall be made to Contractor until acceptable <br /> Schedules are submitted to Engineer. All schedules shall be coordinated and shall be logically <br /> related in time and value for the various stages of work. ' <br /> 1. The Progress Schedule. The Progress Schedule shall be computer generated, utilizing the <br /> critical path method (CPM), indicating the dates and duration for completing the various , <br /> stages of the Work, including any milestones. The level of detail a number of tasks shown <br /> in the Progress Schedule shall be commensurate with the complexity of the work. The <br /> Progress Schedule shall be acceptable to Engineer if at a minimum it clearly and. ' <br /> accurately demonstrates an orderly progression and completion of the work within the <br /> contract times. Contractor shall be solely responsible for scheduling and completing the <br /> work within the contract time. Any approval or acceptance of the schedule shall not ' <br /> impose on Engineer responsibility for the progress schedule, for sequencing, scheduling, <br /> or progress of the Work, nor interfere with or relieve Contractor from Contractor's full <br /> responsibility for completion within the contract time. , <br /> 2. The Schedule of Submittals. The Schedule of Submittals shall provide a workable <br /> arrangement for the, engineer to timely review and process the required submittals. The ' <br /> Schedule of Submittals shall also include a list of manufacturers and suppliers. Approval <br /> of any schedule by Engineer shall not receive the Contractor from its obligations under the <br /> Contract. ' <br /> 3. The Schedule of Values. The Contractors Schedule of Values shall provide a reasonable <br /> allocation of the Contract Price to component parts of the Work. Contractor's Schedule of ' <br /> Values for all of the Work shall include quantities and prices of items which when added <br /> together equal the Contract Price and subdivides the Work into component parts in <br /> sufficient detail, commensurate with the complexity of the Work, to serve as the basis for , <br /> progress payments during performance of the Work. The Schedule of Values shall have <br /> line items for project closeout including, demobilization, record drawings, completion of <br /> the punch list and project restoration and final cleanup. Approval of any Schedule by ' <br /> Engineer shall not relieve the Contractor from its obligations under the Contract. <br /> 4. Cash Flow Schedule. Contractor's Cash Flow Schedule shall be a scheduled and ' <br /> forecasted value of the anticipated payment requests for the Work. The amounts shown <br /> shall be considered an estimate which may differ from the actual amounts requested. <br /> ARTICLE 3—CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: INTENT,AMENDING,REUSE ' <br /> 3.01 Intent ' <br /> A.
