Cement, aggregate, water and design of mixes shall be as above <br /> specified No concrete shall be placed after being mixed for more than 30 minutes or 90 , <br /> minutes from time of batching,whichever is greater. <br /> No concrete shall be placed when the air temperature is below 50 degrees F. and is failing.
