B. Application of Aggregate Base Course: The work covered under this <br /> section of this specification shall be performed in strict accordance with <br /> Section 520 of the latest edition of the North Carolina Department of <br /> Transportation Division of Highways Standard Specifications for Roads <br /> and Structures. <br /> C. Bituminous Plant Mix - General: The work covered under this section of <br /> this specification shall be performed in strict accordance with Section 610 <br /> and Section 620 of the latest edition of the North Carolina Department of <br /> Transportation Division of Highways Standard Specifications for Roads <br /> and Structures and Sections 2 through 6 and Section 9 of the Superpave <br /> Hot Mix Asphalt / Quality Management System of the North Carolina <br /> Department of Transportation Pavement Construction Section, with the <br /> exception that recycled products are not permitted. For pavement repairs, <br /> see Section 654 of the Superpave Hot Mix Asphalt / Quality Management <br /> System of the North Carolina Department of Transportation Pavement <br /> Construction Section. <br /> D. Tack Coat: The work covered under this section of this specification shall <br /> be performed in strict accordance with Section 605 of the latest edition of <br /> the North Carolina Department of Transportation Division of Highways <br /> Standard Specifications for Roads and Structures and Section 9.3 of the <br /> Superpave Hot Mix Asphalt / Quality Management System of the North <br /> Carolina Department of Transportation Pavement Construction Section. <br /> E. Bituminous Base Course (Type B 25.013): The work covered under this <br /> section of the specification shall be performed in strict accordance with <br /> Section 4 of the Superpave Hot Mix Asphalt / Quality Management <br /> System of the North Carolina Department of Transportation Pavement <br /> Construction Section. <br /> F. Bituminous Binder Course (Type 1 19.013): The work covered under this <br /> section of the specification shall be performed in strict accordance with <br /> Section 4 of the Superpave Hot Mix Asphalt / Quality Management <br /> System of the North Carolina Department of Transportation Pavement <br /> Construction Section. <br /> G.
